We are all about customer service. We not only sell tubs, we also do our best to provide all the information and assistance you may need--not only before your purchase, but also after! Feel free to ask any questions you may have. If we don't know the answer, we'll find it!
You can order by any major credit card from the site. We can also e-mail you a secure payment link if you prefer. If you would like to pay by check (online digital check payments excluded), money order, or wire transfer, we do pass on the lower cost of those transactions to our customers by providing a 3% discount. We also offer an additonal 3% discount tub discount on orders of 5 or more tubs. Both discounts can be taken together for a total of 6% off. If purchasing by method other than the web site, please e-mail, call, or fax order details and we will give or send you a quotation. An order form can also be accessed by clicking here.

Transactions are safely and securely completed with advanced SSL encryption, and our privacy policy is very simple: We will NEVER share, sell, or trade customer e-mail addresses or other personal information!
If outside the contiguous U.S., or if ordering more than one tub, please contact us for a shipping quote. Occasionally tub shipping to particular addresses is higher than usual. In such a case, we will pay up to $100 of the deficiency, and ask the customer to pay only any amount beyond that.
Note: Due to their size and weight, tubs have to be shipped by freight carriers. There is an additional charge for tub shipments to residential addresses. In order to keep shipping costs down, liftgate service and inside delivery are not included unless specifically asked for. There may be a redelivery charge if no one is at the delivery address to accept shipment.
Below are average current turnaround times for our tubs. They may vary according to time of year and demand.
Poly Tubs: 4-6 weeks.
Step-Up Tubs: 4-6 weeks.
16-Gauge Tubs: 5-7 weeks.
Economy Tubs: 1-2 weeks.

Terms and Conditions
No minimum order is required, and there are no handling charges.
A $25.00 charge will be added for returned checks.
Returns
Inspect tubs on delivery. Tubs damaged during shipment SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED (signed for), and should be returned by the carrier.
Returns of merchandise other than defective will incur a 15% restocking fee ($5.00 minimum). Merchandise shipped directly from manufacturers may incur restocking fee set by the manufacturer.
